I Guess She Ain't Coming

The residents say that this Heron comes to this spot each day at about the same time and stays for a couple of hours on the same piling. He then leaves until the next evening. I just thought he hadn't given up on his date, who has yet to arrive! Poor fellow; but I know how he feels :-)! This is my first attempt at some night stuff with the Nikon. Composition inspired by Helmet13 :-)! Idea for the blue tones are inspired by ps70. My grateful thanks to them both. Taken in North Beach, MD
